Very disappointing experience. After getting blonde highlights, I started losing a significant amount of hair — especially the bleached sections, which began breaking off. I had spent 7 years growing my hair long and keeping it healthy, so this was extremely upsetting. The damage was so severe that I had to go to another hairdresser in Monaco to try to fix the situation. I was losing hair daily and genuinely worried about going bald. The new hairdresser confirmed that there had been a major mistake with the bleaching process. This was a very traumatic experience, and I would not recommend.
