Cela fait quelques années que je vais dans cet institut et Marion est toujours aussi formidable! Merci pour cet instant de bonheur!

Le 28 juillet, nous avions rendez-vous avec Sarah pour la première épilation des sourcils de ma fille. Elle a su la rassurer avec douceur en lui promettant que ça ne ferait pas mal, et le résultat est tout simplement magnifique ! J'en ai aussi profité pour me faire épiler les jambes : elle a une main très légère et ça ne fait pas du tout mal. Un grand merci Sarah !

I had a really disappointing experience here and left feeling upset, especially after paying €92. I came in for regular polish on my toes and semi-permanent polish on my hands. The pedicure was extremely poorly done. The polish looked old and uneven, and after only two coats, my feet were covered in cream before the polish had properly dried. Even after waiting around 30 minutes, the polish was still not dry and got completely ruined as soon as I touched my feet. I politely asked for it to be removed because it was clearly not going to last. Unfortunately, the manicure was not much better. The cuticle work felt rushed and careless, and my cuticles now look irritated and messy. The French manicure was also badly done: the lines are uneven, wavy, and do not look professional at all. I have had many beauty services before and know what a proper manicure and pedicure should look like. For the price I paid, this was extremely disappointing and not acceptable. I left feeling like I had completely wasted my money. I would not recommend this salon and I definitely will not be returning.
