Le Loft d’Adeline

This is the worst haircut I have ever received. I also paid for an Air Lift Botox treatment, but unfortunately I have seen no results from it. I only wanted my ends trimmed. I clearly showed the hairstylist how much I wanted cut off—approximately 2–3 cm. I walked into the salon with waist-length hair and left with hair that barely reaches my shoulders. The stylist cut two to three times more than I had requested and did not check with me before making such a drastic cut. She only asked if it was okay after the hair had already been cut off. Of course, it was not. My hair is completely ruined. The only explanation I received was, “Sorry, I misunderstood.” While the hairstylist herself was kind and pleasant, that does not make up for the fact that my hair has been ruined. A friendly attitude cannot undo such a major mistake. To make matters worse, the haircut is uneven and looks as though it was done with eyes closed. The stylist also repeatedly went over my hair with a flat iron to the point that I left the salon with my hair smelling burnt. I had also booked an eyebrow waxing appointment. When I made my booking, all of my appointments were scheduled for 13:00. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my eyebrow appointment had been scheduled for 15:00, meaning I would have had to wait an additional hour at the salon. As a result, I had no choice but to cancel the appointment. Despite all of this, I still had to pay and left the salon deeply disappointed. I can’t wear my hair down because it looks terrible. I can’t put it in a ponytail, and I can’t even wear it in a bun because so much length has been taken off. I am extremely unhappy with both the service and the result and would not recommend this salon.
