C’est un salon hyper chic. J’y suis déjà venu plus de 6 fois, et l’expérience est toujours excellente. Surtout, Lisa me propose et réalise des coiffures toujours très très très réussies, modernes et parfaitement adaptées. C’est presque magique , la première fois, j’ai eu l’impression d’être une autre personne. Le lieu est très agréable et les rendez-vous sont toujours à l’heure, j’ai jamais eu à attendre. Je recommande à 100 %.

Quite possibly the WORST haircut I have ever gotten, and service was a little rude as well. Let me paint you a picture. I walked inside the salon, and the stylist washed my hair, and all was well there. She then asked me what I wanted to get done today, and I said that I wanted to clean up my layers, and that I thought a lot of the pieces were too uneven, as in the differences between the lengths of my hairs were too large, making the layers look messy. She interpreted this as me wanting a blunt bob, which is not what I wanted, and I also told her this. I told her that I didn’t want my hair to be completely straight in a line at the bottom, and she said okay. I also said “the length right now isn’t an issue.” I can see how this could be a little ambiguous, but even if I were her and I were unsure about what this means, I would ask my client. She proceeds to chop off 1.5-2 inches off my hair, and since I have a bob, that is a SOLID portion of my hair. I don’t say anything at first, because sometimes you have to trust the process, and I understand how it can be annoying if someone is questioning your every step. Near the end of my haircut, I can see that it is clearly not what I wanted. She stands behind me, laughs, and says that I look like Dora. How rude. I ask her if there is anything she can do to make the bottom less blunt and less thick, and she says that “every client only gets one hour” and that “I can’t tell her I want something and then change my mind and make her spend more time to fix it.” The issue is, this is completely NOT what I asked for, I didn’t change my mind. We also still had 15 minutes left at this point, which was 1/4 of the time of the haircut, so I feel like there was something she could’ve done quickly, especially considering we ended the haircut 5 minutes early. It was also completely rude and uncalled for for her to laugh at me and tell me I looked like Dora. At this point of the haircut, I didn’t know how else I could’ve advocated for myself, and I just stopped talking/asking for things. I was also about to cry, so I really couldn’t talk even if I wanted to. Immediately after I left, I called my mom and cried because I thought there was no way to recover from this awful haircut. You can look at the pictures below if you want a visual. I did get my hair cut in February by someone else, a Japanese stylist, and she did a great job. Because of this, I’m pretty torn on this place, but I don’t think I will be returning, and definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this place to a friend. You can look at my reviews of other places to see that I’m not that hard to please. Edit April 23 2026: they contacted me to resolve the problem and issued an apology and refund, which I really appreciated.
