Hello, I have clip-in hair extensions. I would like to have both my natural hair and the extensions washed, then have the extensions clipped in and my hair styled. Do you offer this service?

I've gone back and forth on whether to leave this review because I was happy with the result of my hair. However, I'm ultimately very upset about the damage to my personal property. During my gloss appointment, the stylist was quite careless when applying the dye. At one point, another stylist even had to tap her and remind her to be more careful. I didn't realize at the time that black dye had been splattered onto my Courreges top, which cost around €400. Because no one mentioned it, I spent the rest of the day wearing it with the dye setting into the fabric. Had I noticed immediately, I would have treated the stain before it became permanent. Instead, the black of my top is now ruined. The picture attached is even after seeking professional treatment. I understand that accidents can happen, but this felt entirely avoidable. While I was pleased with my hair, it's difficult to overlook the fact that my clothing was damaged due to a lack of care. I wish the stylist had been much more careful, and I'm very disappointed that what should have been a positive experience ended with an expensive item being ruined.

Just walked in and was met so warmly. Had a great haircut experience. Highly recommend to all
