À FUIR ! J’ai été très mal reçue dans ce salon, attente très longue alors que j’avais rendez-vous et la personne était très désagréable, avec un travail approximatif. Je vous déconseille vivement ce salon qui n’est pas du tout au niveau, pour des prix assez élevés.

I'm redoing this post just to clarify what was mentioned below which is not entirely true, When I came in, I asked for a nail refill with semi-permanent brown baby boomer. You let me know it would take a bit more time and cost €50 instead of 45, which I was completely fine with. If time was an issue, then you should have told me and I would have change color or re-schedule. Later, just before the color was applied, I realized you were about to use pink instead. I asked for brown and you told me it wasn’t available. I understand that this can happen, but it would have helped me to know from the beginning so I could choose another color earlier. In the end, I selected white from the options available. Anyway, this is not the main problem. A few days later, I noticed the color was already fading, which surprised me as semi-permanent polish usually lasts longer. I reached out simply to ask if a small touch-up would be possible. I wasn’t available on Sunday as I was away for the Easter holiday, but I suggested coming back once I returned to Paris. I’d like to clarify that I wasn’t asking for a full nail refill or a complete redo, just a quick fix on the small area that was fading so my nail can look nice until my next appointment 3 weeks later. It would have taken 5 minutes. I never changed my mind at any point, you just gave me 5 euros and then blocked me. I did my nails 3 times here and everything was great until there was an issue, instead of fixing the issue i was treated with hostility. I won’t be returning that’s clear, I just wanted to share this feedback and let others to make their own judgment.

Excellent service et accueil de Thao. Très gentille et douce surtout. Professionnalisme au top. À chaque fois que je sors de salon je suis toujours satisfaite. Je ne change contre personne 😉
